At Infoview, employees are not just human resources-they are our associates. They constitute our important stakeholders and therefore, partners in our growth journey. We hire some of the best minds from reputed universities and institutions across the world. We screen them for confidence, attitude and learnability. We train them in organization's quality processes, cross-cultural skills and languages of our customers. Our people are borderless; in whichever part of the world they operate from they're guided by Infoview's core values and its unique operating philosophy. However, what distinguishes our talent from the competition is their flexibility and rapid-learning curve-i.e., seamless migration across technology/domain skills whenever our business demands.

Homogenized Skill Matrix (HSMTM) |
| |
Homogenized Skill Matrix (HSM) is our unique underlying framework that facilitates skill nurture, cross-technology skill migration and performance management of our technical talent. In today's world of rapidly changing technologies where innovation is becoming the watchword in every industry, it doesn't matter how many years of experience one has accumulated in his or her career, what's most important for us is how one learns, develops conceptual thinking skills necessary for creative problem solving and innovation. Acquiring knowledge is not enough; ability to synthesize knowledge and apply it in response to a customer problem is what's expected of every engineer at Infoview. Therefore, central to HSM is the grouping of related skills into three distinct 'skill-bands'-'Construction, Connection, Conceptualization'-where in all the skills within a skill-band belong to one homogenous cognitive trait. As a learning organization, depending on their aptitude and skill-band, Infoview encourages its people to expand their breadth of skills (among diverse technology platforms) and frame of thinking (problem-solving skills) by frequent rotation of jobs within their skill-band.
